The Conference Ice Breaker, a reception from 6pm to 8pm, will give delegates a chance to meet their peers in a casual, relaxing atmosphere for a few hours before “getting down to business!” The cost is based on 400 people and includes hors d’oeuvres and one complimentary drink ticket for each guest.

Conference delegates will participate in a Networking Reception from 5:30pm 7:30pm giving them an excellent opportunity to meet with their peers from around the world in a relaxed atmosphere.

To sponsor the Conference proceedings. Your company name and logo will either be on the hardcopy or softcopy format of the proceedings.

Delegate bags with your logo and the IPC logo imprinted on them. Our Conference Coordinator will arrange this for you.

Every delegate wears a badge; therefore every delegate wears your company name/logo around their neck on the lanyard. 1,500 walking sign boards for the full duration of the conference.

Breakfast provided for all presenting authors to meet track chairs. Each morning of the Technical program the Authors meet with the Session Chairs for breakfast and to review the day's presentation.

Your company name on each Pocket Guide means you reach every delegate on a daily basis.

Laminated “tags” with your company name and logo on one side and the delegate’s name on the other.

Two computer centers will be available for delegates to check the schedules and design their own itinerary. Your corporate logo will be very visible on both the signage and on the screen savers.

IPC features an ASME Pipeline Systems Division Student Paper Award where post graduate students in the field of Pipeline Engineering are invited to submit the results of their work. Six papers will be selected for presentation at the Conference. Your sponsorship of three of the students will cover their registration fee and conference expenses. Sponsor three students or all six students. This is an excellent opportunity to assist the engineers of the future.

If you work with the youth of today, they may work with you tomorrow.

Be a part of the daily reporting on both the Conference and the Exposition by sponsoring the Daily Newsletter. Each day of the conference, this newsletter will contain information on what’s happened and what’s about to happen and will be filled with pictures of the various events on-site at both IPC and IPE. As an incentive to our potential presenters to meet the deadline dates for both abstracts and final papers, the Technical Committee will hold a draw for the chance to win a VISA Gift Card.
